We offer this program as an incentive to use our products and pass on your knowledge and experience. In return for the privilege of using this program, we ask that you follow these rules:
Purchases are for your personal use only. This is not for friends, family or for resale. Violation will result in loss of pro purchase privileges. (On occasion, we may invite you to buy a gift for friends or family).
DO NOT go to a store to find your size. Violating this rule will result in immediate revocation of your pro account.
DO NOT discuss pro pricing with anyone. Violation of this rule will result in immediate revocation of your pro account.
DO NOT return products to retailers. Please click here for our warranty and return policy, including how to submit a request for a return authorization number (RA#). No exchanges. To return for a product refund, submit a return request by clicking here, then you can place a new order! We do not pay for return shipping.
The goal of the program is to get you into our products because you are awesome and you deserve a deal. Your job is to talk favorably about Blundstone products, recommend them to people and direct them to a local retailer.

We love our pro customers, and we are always trying to provide the best service to you. Sometimes we have huge influxes of orders and we get a little delayed in processing. Our goal is to process all orders once they are received within 3-5 business days.
